Boarding Facility |
|
placeholder |
|
Paisley School operates a fully functioning
boarding facility for both American and
foreign exchange students. Each room can
sleep two students and provides both closet
and study space. There are two common areas
for television, music and other activities.
The upstairs is reserved for female students
only and opposite genders are not allowed in
the hallways where the student rooms are
located. The boarding facility is monitored
twenty-four hours a day by an adult
supervisor. For the past eight years
married couples have provided this
supervision and attempt to provide a
home-like atmosphere. There are a variety
of activities scheduled each year for our
boarding students. These may include trips
to the Oregon coast, paintball outings,
shopping trips to Bend and various other
trips around the state and beyond. The
communities of Paisley and Summer Lake are
very welcoming and supportive of our
boarding students. |

Cost of Attendance |
|
placeholder |
|
With the exception of pay-to-play, yearbook,
school lunch and other incidental fees the
costs of attendance while in residence at
the boarding facility are covered within the
state provided funding known as ADM plus a
$200 per month boarding facility fee. In
some cases this boarding facility fee is
paid by the student’s resident district if
they have no high school as part of their
“boarding in lieu of transportation”
funding. |
